Every step of your order process is fully managed by SellerCloud. Orders automatically download from all sales channels, and can be easily managed and fulfilled from a single interface.
When an item is sold, SellerCloud allocates it to the sales order and inventory decreases across all channels.
Shipping confirmation, including tracking, is automatically submitted to the appropriate channel or can be sent directly to the buyer via a generated email.
Order returns are also fully managed through SellerCloud, including return shipping label, refunds and exchanges. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, inventory can be managed appropriately, either returned to stock for sale or processed for return to vendor.
